    Responsibility:

    • Assist Consultants in collecting industry updates and talent information
    • Conduct research and analysis based on the preferences of the client whilst also providing continued support for the consultant and candidate
    • Search for candidates using effective sourcing channels and professional recruitment procedures
    • Participate in talent screening in addition to arranging and coordinating interviews for qualified candidates
    • Assist data entry of the candidate’s information into our system

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree and above
    • Possesses aspirations to develop a career within the headhunting profession

    • Develop, manage and maintain client relations and promote further business development

    • Recruit, train and manage Team Consultants and Researchers to deliver highly effective headhunting services to clients

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree and above
    • At least three years work experience, preferably in a headhunting related industry. HR or sales experience is also valuable
    • Experience managing projects in Asia, particularly in China, is advantageous
    • Familiarity with local HR policy and laws
    • Possesses aspirations to develop a career within the headhunting profession

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in both spoken and written English (Chinese ability is preferred)
    • At least three years work experience, preferably in a headhunting related industry. HR or sales experience is also valuable
    • Experience managing projects in Asia, particularly in China, is advantageous
